What is Residential Dumpster Service?
We haul away for a fee items that you no longer need, like renovation materials, construction debris, old couches, mattresses etc.
Are there items that you can not take?
Tires, Paint, Chemicals, Solvents, Oil, Asbestos, Oil Drums and Oil Tanks are not able to be picked up. Unless specifically rented for these items, Residential Dumpster Service DOES NOT accept disposal of railroad ties, concrete, dirt, brick, rock or roofing materials. If you have items that are questionable, please ask about them BEFORE loading them into the dumpster.
Are you licensed to do this work ?
Owners, trucks and employees are fully licensed and insured.
When should I book an appointment?
Contact us as soon possible. Time slots fill up quickly, but we do our best to accomodate your desired delivery date.
Do I need to be there when you deliver/pickup?
If you are unable to be at your home during the delivery of the dumpster, that is OK. You can give us specific instructions on where to place the dumpster, and pay for it over the phone with a debit/credit card.
How long is the rental period?
The rental period is for 7 days, after 7 days it is only $20 per day.
What do you do with the junk?
It depends on what you have. Any items that can be recycled, will be. This includes paper, wood, metal, plastic, or e-waste. Other items may be donated to local charities. Leftover waste is taken to the transfer station or landfill.
Can you pick up the dumpster early?
Call when you are getting close to being finished or have finished. We will put you on the pickup schedule in the order that you call in and it will be picked up as soon as possible. Because of high delivery and pickup demand, early pickup is not always possible, but we do our best to do so.
Are there any extra charges or fees?
As long as you do not discard any "unapproved items" (See Above) there are no additional fees or charges for weight, dump fee or delivery.
